Pettinaro announces completion of second phase at Village at Blue Hen
Pettinaro Construction Co., Inc. is proud to announce the completion of our second phase of construction of new apartment homes at our new Village at Blue Hen apartment community in Dover, Delaware.
The first phase of the Village at Blue Hen opened in summer 2010 and included 66 apartment homes, all of which were immediately leased to full occupancy. The final phase totals 162 apartment homes.
Each apartment home features Pettinaro Residential’s trademark of excellence in quality including such features as: spacious floor plans, full size appliances, large eat-in kitchens, fireplaces, and a private balcony and deck. There is a beautiful Clubhouse which includes a fitness center, complimentary continental breakfast served week days and an outdoor pool.
In addition to the unfurnished, long term rentals, Pettinaro Relocation offers fully furnished, short term rentals with all utilities included as well as furniture and accessories. As an alternative to hotel stays, the corporate rentals are spacious and include the amenities of living at home. All furnished rates include high speed internet, expanded cable services, local telephone and use of Club Blue Hen.
While there is ample free parking in the community, garage and separate storage areas are also available upon request.
Located just behind the Blue Hen Mall off of Route 13, this community offers a tranquil setting and close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. The Village at Blue Hen is also close to the Dover Air Force Base and just 35 minutes from the beach.
