FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
September 17, 2010

On Wednesday, September 15, 2010, along with Mayor Carleton E. Carey, Sr.,  Gregory and Verino Pettinaro were in Dover at the Ribbon Cutting for the Village at Blue Hen Apartments.

The first phase, completed recently, consists of 66 brand new apartment homes, ranging from one, two and three bedroom floor plans starting as low as $950 per month. Conveniently located just off Routes 13 and 1, the Village at Blue Hen is located directly behind the Blue Hen Mall, within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants.

Each apartment includes full size appliances, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven and microwave.

The community boasts a beautiful outdoor swimming pool in season, a clubhouse and fitness center, open year round 24/7 for residents of the community. There are no extra fees for the amenities on site.

In addition to the unfurnished, long term rentals, Pettinaro Relocation offers fully furnished, short term rentals with all utilities included as well as furniture and accessories. As an alternative to hotel stays, the corporate rentals are spacious and include the amenities of living at home. All furnished rates include high speed internet, expanded cable services, local telephone and use of Club Blue Hen.

While there is ample free parking in the community, garage and separate storage areas are also available upon request.

“With an outstanding occupancy rate of 75% achieved in just a few short months, we look forward to beginning construction soon on a second phase, eventually providing up to 168 new apartment homes in Dover in a superior location”, said Gregory Pettinaro.
