Gregory Pettinaro
A commercial real estate professional throughout his twenty-five year career, Gregory is responsible for the overall direction of Pettinaro.
As the company’s CEO, Gregory has developed and implemented a vision and strategic business plan to ensure that Pettinaro maintains its leadership position in the Delaware real estate community.
After attending Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida and the University of Delaware, Gregory joined Pettinaro in 1986. Working side-by-side with visionary and company founder Verino Pettinaro, he learned the business of in-house construction, commercial leasing and acquisitions.
Currently, Gregory serves on the boards of Downtown Visions, the Wilmington Renaissance Corporation as well as the Delaware Wild Lands. Gregory is actively involved in Ducks Unlimited and The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
Gregory resides in Montchanin, Delaware with his wife and three daughters.
Michael R. Walsh
Mike joined Pettinaro Construction Company in 1989 as an Assistant Project Manager and, until his recent promotion, was the President of the Construction Company. While highly skilled in all construction matters, Mike’s passion lies in adaptive reuse projects. He strongly believes in quality, as well as cost efficient design and construction and strives to constantly improve each of these with every new project.
As Chief Operating Officer of Pettinaro, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities which include planning, internal company operations and supporting the CEO in maintaining a healthy corporate culture.
Mike graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Economics. Following the completion of his degree at Delaware, Mike obtained his Real Estate license.
He is an active member of the Board at Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County and a member of the NAR and NCCBOR.
David H. Crowley
David joined Pettinaro in 1993. His responsibilities include daily office operations of the insurance department as well as vendor payment processing, oversight of residential sales communities such as the Pointe at Brandywine Park in Wilmington and various projects with company founder, Verino Pettinaro.
David also spends time at the Delaware beaches working on residential projects such as Bethany Bay Resort Community. Bethany Bay Resort Community is a 550 unit condominium project in its final phase of development. David has been involved in the Resort Real Estate market since 1986 and is currently planning for the development of a 200 unit development adjacent to Bethany Bay.
David obtained his Real Estate license in 1986 and is the Broker of Record for Pettinaro & Associates, Inc. He also holds a Delaware Automobile Dealers license and runs HighLine Autos, LLC.
David is actively involved in The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research and a number of other charities along with Tracy, his wife of eighteen years.
William T. Netta, R.A.
Bill joined Pettinaro in 2005 bringing twenty five years of experience in the field of architecture, construction and professional registration in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. He oversees Development, Architecture, and Construction and is responsible for all aspects of all construction jobs. Bill is also the Tenant Coordinator for Pettinaro. To date, he is responsible for the design of a dozen minor league baseball stadiums; over two million square feet of office facilities; and many retail, housing and educational facilities. He continues to receive accolades for his work, including numerous design and construction awards.
Bill’s projects have ranged from small retail “mom and pops” to 250k SF “class A” office buildings as well as a 6,000 seat baseball stadium for Cal Ripken, Jr. He is customer service oriented, and prides himself on the quality and timeliness of his finished products.
Bill graduated cum laude from Spring Garden College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. During that time he was awarded multiple professional and interscholastic design awards.
An active community volunteer, Bill has worked for Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics Delaware and currently serves on the technical advisory committee for the Brandywine School district STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) program
Harold I. Salmons III, Esq.
Hal has been practicing law in the commercial and transactional fields for 25 years. Hal joined Pettinaro in 2008 and is responsible for all real estate legal matters, including lease negotiations, financial structuring and tax proceedings.
Hal was born and raised in Wilmington Delaware and graduated from Wilmington Friends School in 1979. He graduated with a BA in Business and Political Science from Gettysburg College in 1983 and from The Dickinson School of Law, cum laude, in 1986. He is a member of the Dickinson Law Review.
Hal is a member of Ducks Unlimited and was once a trustee for the Nature Conservancy.
Sally Prendergast
Since joining the Pettinaro Residential Team in early 2009, Sally’s more than 20 years of professional relationship management experience has helped substantially grow this department. As Director, Sally is responsible for overseeing the residential side of Pettinaro which includes apartment communities throughout Delaware. The Towers at Greenville are the shining star in our portfolio and our newest, Tower III, is the crown jewel of our offerings.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, and Westchester’s Junior Year Abroad program in Montpellier, France, Sally has a love of architecture and design which she has also shared in her role at Pettinaro. Prior to joining Pettinaro, Sally spent many years in Sales at W.L. Gore and Associates in the Fabrics Division. She also helped to start a successful furniture and interior design business called Somethings Unique. Sally is passionate about providing the highest quality product and service to her clients and that is a philosophy that is shared by the whole Pettinaro Residential Team.
Sally currently serves as Vice President of the Board of the Limen House (www.limenhouse.org) . She is also passionate about the fight against childhood cancer through Savannah Strong and the B+ Foundations.
Victor Ambrosio
Vic handles all the leasing and marketing for Pettinaro’s retail real estate portfolio. Vic will oversee all corporate quarterly and annual leasing reports and projections for the retail portfolio. In addition, Victor is responsible for increasing and enhancing retail presence within the Pettinaro portfolio.
Prior to joining the company in January, 2012, Vic had completed over 1 million square feet of deals in regional malls and strip centers, as well as developed lifestyle centers in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and New York. Some of his past flagship projects included Annapolis Harbour Center in Annapolis, MD and Dulles Town Center in Dulles, VA.
Vic has over 18 years of retail leasing experience in the shopping center industry. He is a graduate of Pace University, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is Pettinaro’s representative at all ICSC functions and trade shows. Victor resides in Greenville, DE.
Robert A. Stenta
Rob leads the leasing and marketing efforts for all of the Pettinaro managed office and industrial properties. Loopnet
Prior to his transfer to the commercial brokerage industry, Rob worked as a research associate for the city of Boulder, Colorado, Planning and Development Services/Information Resources Department.
Rob graduated from the University of Delaware, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics. He received his Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
Rob is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania (since 2005), and an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute, The Committee of 100, and the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC).
